Fabulous house with outstanding views!
There are so many reasons to choose a stay at Tides. We love the location in Uig. We have stayed here before and the views are outstanding. Sitting in the living space you would think you are the only house on the bay but in fact the house is nestled safely among some others and walkable to a handful of great places to eat and drink. The Ferry Inn being our favourite on this visit. A member of our party has mobility issues and the spacious living spaces and double showers made this house an easy choice to make the holiday a comfortable one for this person. The house is newly built and designed to perfection. All the rooms have an en-suite shower or bathroom and the living space looking out onto the bay with the log burner in the corner will make you think twice about leaving the house to explore Skye. We chose to eat in two evenings out of three to enjoy it! The decor of the house is fun, stylish and extremely comfortable and will leave you with a wish list as long as your arm when you leave. The communication with Skye Serviced Accommodation was easy and friendly. They went out of their way to welcome us with a bottle of wine, a welcome video at check-in and an email throughout our stay to check if we needed anything. We will 100% return to Tides and recommend the accommodation to anyone travelling to Skye.

Great Property, Wonderful Location and excellent services
Unequivocally a wonderful adventure for our family on Skye and more than pleased to have been able to live it while staying on such ideal property. The spaces, amenities and support received is definitely top of the class. With pandemic in mind the self check in - check out process was smooth and without any incidents, and when support was required we got fast and on time communications and the help we needed to make of our stay even better. Thanks again and looking to a future opportunity to definitely come back.

One of our best stays
Tides is remarkable. Every detail was covered. Our family enjoyed 4 nights at Tides. The location in Uig placed us in proximity to hiking and conveniences. The home is an ideal vacation spot. Design and layout is simple and luxurious. We cooked, build a fire, and slept soundly each night. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We hope to return one day. Stay here if you’re visiting Skye!

Family Getaway in an excellent house
The house was absolutely stunning and has views to die for with all rooms having views that you could sit and watch for hours. The woodburner was great as it was very stormy the night we arrived but was very cosy.

The perfect place to experience this island!
This property is actually the natural continuation of the adventure on this magical island. It's not just the perfect functionality down to the smallest details and the atmosphere it has, it's also the way it's placed in the landscape and its precise openings towards all directions. The scale you experience the traffic in the port is amazing. It was hard to leave!

Beautiful property in fabulous location
Wonderful location, and stunning house for a party. We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday at 'The Tides' and all the party thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is expensive, but we think it's worth it for the stunning view across the inlet. We spotted some seals on our first night, which was a bonus - the night sky on clear nights was amazing! The quality of the fixtures and fittings was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the showers in the three bathrooms - all very luxurious. Would love to stay again, but in reality probably out of our usual price range.

Great days in Uig
We had a great time at this beautiful location. The house is amazing; perfectly located to many fantastic sights of the isle of Skye and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in the house. We really felt at home right from the beginning. Also the check-in procedure was great, flexible and easy. We can only recommend this place. It’s not cheap, but worth the money.

Nice getaway!
Very nice views, house was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for The Quiraing, Fairy Glen & Castle Ewen ruin and much more. It's about a 40-min drive from Portree. The ferry terminal is very close by as well.

Wonderful Stay at Cosy Haven
Our stay on the Isle of Skye was nothing short of delightful. The house, perched with a scenic view of the bay, offered a captivating spectacle of ferry boats gliding past. Elegantly appointed and immaculately maintained, the abode welcomed us with pristine cleanliness. Designed with ample space, the house comfortably accommodates several adults. The kitchen and living room areas serve as cosy gathering spots, perfect for socializing and unwinding in good company.

On arrival the house was WOW, lived up to the photographs. Beautiful setting makes the most of the view. Only marked down because the bedding could be better quality. There was no egg cups or serving bowls, and could do with more cutlery only 6 of each item. This sounds picky but it has been fitted out to a high standard and these little things above are easily fixed.

Amazing house and location!
The house is absolutely beautiful. I was impressed from the moment I saw it in the picture, and when I arrived, everything was exactly as it appeared. It's incredibly comfortable and has everything you need. I highly recommend staying here.
